Journalists in Makueni Rally to Aid Flood Victims with Clothing Donations.
Makueni Union of Journalists (MUJO) has come through for families affected by floods through donation of clothes and shoes.
Led by their chairperson Michael Mutinda , members of the Union donated the items to Red Cross Makueni to cushion residents affected by floods across the county.
Mutinda has urged all kenyans to keep off flooded areas to avoid falling victim to drowning and other negative effects.
According to Red Cross Coordinator in Makueni Evans Peter, 18 people have so far lost their lives, 3 are missing and 2,080 houses destroyed by raging floods in the county.
