If Travis Kelce becomes the US President, the first thing he would want to do is get on a plane to Hawaii. That’s literally what the Chiefs tight end wants to do.
Kelce recently visited the White House along with his Chiefs squad, where he filmed an interesting interview.

Kansas City Chiefs released a short yet hilarious interview of Kelce and George Karlaftis by cornerback Joshua Williams at the White House on TikTok. During the interview, Williams asked Kelce what he’d do if he got to become the President of the United States.
Travis Kelce would use his power as US President to plan a trip to the islands in the Pacific. Talking about the same, he said:
“I would take Air Force One to Hawaii.”
The Chiefs’ tight end was then asked who he’d take with him in the plane, and Kelce didn’t pick his girlfriend Taylor Swift. Instead, he went with his team.
“The squad. Hopefully, we can all fit. I think we could all fit on there,” Kelce had said.
In addition to Travis Kelce, George Karlaftis was asked the same question. Karlaftis said that he would get his family over to the White House and enjoy some quality time at the Presidential estate.
“My family’s over in Greece man, you know, half my family. So I’d fly them over and just enjoy the White House. Maybe run around, they have a golf course out there.”
The interview came just a few weeks after the Chiefs went to the White House to celebrate the Super Bowl win.
Travis Kelce sheds light on the moment when the Secret Service approached him at the White House
During the Chiefs’ visit to the White House, the Secret Service didn’t allow Travis Kelce anywhere near the podium, unlike last year. The tight end expressed the same when President Joe Biden called him over.
Post the viral incident at the White House about which Travis Kelce said that he’d get tazed if caught anywhere near the podium, the Chiefs tight end shared details. He spoke about the same on the New Heights podcast.
He revealed how a handful of Secret Service members approached him at the White House.
“And when I walked in, we had about four or five, the Secret Service members come up to me and tell me, ‘You know, if you go up to that podium, we’re authorized to taze you’,” Kelce had said on New Heights. (00:32:02 – 00:32:28)
However, after Kelce’s confession at the podcast went viral, the Secret Service came forward to offer some clarity. Nathan Herring, the spokesperson of the Secret Service, sat in an interview with People where he said:
“Our agents and officers were happy to support Travis and the Chiefs’ official visit to the White House, even presenting him with a Secret Service pin. As for the taser comment, Travis and our personnel were having some friendly banter as we have passionate football fans throughout our organization.”
After winning hearts with his White House appearance in style, Travis Kelce recently accomplished another significant achievement. He won the home run derby at David Njoku‘s celebrity event.
Despite all the success, his brother Jason Kelce claims, that Kelce hasn’t changed a bit. That’s a good thing and a credit to him.
