Four-year-old died pushing vintage garden roller
A four-year-old boy died while trying to push a vintage garden roller, an inquest has heard.
Maldwyn âGwernâ Evans, who was described by his family as a âkeen little farmerâ with a âcaptivating personalityâ, died in the incident at his home in Tynreithin, near Tregaron, in Ceredigion, on 20 June.
The inquest in Aberystwyth heard the roller âwent over part of his bodyâ.
A post-mortem examination has not yet been completed.
The inquest was opened and adjourned, with a full inquest expected to be held in October.
Dyfed-Powys Police said it was not treating the death as suspicious.
