There is no denying that GTA Online charges exorbitant rates for all the things, and players are not happy with Rockstar Games’ decisions. While fans complain about this thing very often, one can do nothing except continue the game as it is. Recently, a Redditor named Shapit0 (u/Shapit0) shared a post complaining about how much the game was charging to refill their ammo completely.
They stated:
“I know that rockstar likes to take away ammo randomly, but this is a bit extreme. Seriously? 240k worth of ammo gone. It’s usually 20-40k for me.”

The user mentioned a GTA Online glitch where the game removed all the ammo from their weapons. It is a notorious problem that has been bugging players for years. While Rockstar Games fixed various issues with the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC, the ammo disappearing glitch is still reportedly persistent.
Many other players also stated that Rockstar removing ammo and then charging too much to refill them is not acceptable.
Another Redditor named LuckyEightEightEight (u/LuckyEightEightEight) stated:
“I’m fairly loaded but that cost would bankrupt anyone super quick if you had to do it every session.”
Some players have changed their gameplay style to avoid the problem as far as possible.
It is worth noting that the patch notes for the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC claimed to have fixed the issue with the update. However, players are still facing the issue and Rockstar Games continues to charge too much for basic commodities in the multiplayer game.
