Kingspan has been heavily criticised in the final report of the Grenfell Tower inquiry.

The report said the Irish building products company was not directly responsible for the fire but behaved dishonestly and cynically in its approach to safety.

Kingspan said it has “long acknowledged the wholly unacceptable historical failings that occurred in part of our UK insulation business”.

Seventy-two people died as a result of the blaze which swept through the west London tower block in June 2017.
