Boy, 8, fatally shot at farm is named
An eight-year-old boy who died after being shot in the head and face at a farm has been named as Jay Cartmel from Frizington.
He was injured on land near the A66, north of Warcop in Cumbria, at about 14:50 BST on Saturday and later died in hospital.
A man in his 60s who was being held on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter has been released on bail.
