Under Triple H’s reign as WWE Chief Content Officer and Creative Head, the Stamford-based promotion has experienced great success. The Game has booked some amazing matches and created intriguing storylines, which has led to fans watching the product with a lot of interest.
Another successful aspect Triple H has gotten right is heel and babyface turns. Under his reign, several superstars have attempted both and found success. Roman Reigns and Bayley are perfect examples of superstars who went from being top heels to top babyfaces.
However, there are some heels in WWE whom Triple H must leave alone and not think of turning babyface. In this article, we will look at three such superstars:
Former WWE employee says he got an ‘uneasy vibe’ from Vince McMahon HERE
#3. Triple H must not turn WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio babyface
Even though Dominik Mysterio is young in his WWE career, The Judgment Day member is one of the biggest heels on the roster. Whenever Dominik makes an appearance, the crowd boos him to a point where he is not audible and is often left without speaking his mind.
However, on the recent episode of RAW, the company teased a possible face turn for Dirty Dom when his Judgment Day stablemates laughed at him when he said he could be the one to defeat Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Currently, Dominik seems to be enjoying this character because he does not fail to maintain kayfabe in media interactions. It’s clear the former NXT North American Champion is a natural at being a heel, and thus Triple H must not look to change the same.
#2. Tiffany Stratton
Currently, on SmackDown, there is a lot of talk about Tiffany Stratton turning babyface by betraying Nia Jax and becoming the WWE Women’s Champion. While becoming a champion isn’t the problem, it’s important to note that Tiffany’s success in WWE has come due to her being a heel.
As a villain, Tiffany has carried herself extremely well, and whenever she is on television, she seems to be acting naturally. If the Stamford-based promotion turns her babyface and she is not able to live up to the same, it would be a huge blunder early in her career. Hence, it makes sense for her to remain heel for a while.
#1. Drew McIntyre
At Bad Blood 2024, Drew McIntyre lost his match against CM Punk, but he earned the love and respect of the crowd. This is something Triple H could use to turn McIntyre babyface when he returns. However, The Game must avoid doing so and let The Scottish Warrior be a heel.
As a heel, McIntyre has done a phenomenal job and has managed to captivate audiences like never before. This is not only a positive sign for the Scotsman but also for the promotion, as it’s something they could capitalize on. Hence, the promotion should look towards keeping him heel for a while.
