Bobby Lashley made his much anticipated AEW debut last week on Fright Night Dynamite on October 30. He attacked Swerve Strickland on the show.
Last Wednesday night, The Realest star took on The Hurt Syndicate’s Shelton Benjamin in a singles match and managed to defeat The Gold Standard. His celebration was soon interrupted by a debuting Lashley, who confronted and attacked the former AEW World Champion in the middle of the ring.
It has been almost a week since the segment occurred. That said, Swerve Strickland recently took to his Instagram account to share a photo of his new tattoo.

Notably, Bobby Lashley left WWE in August 2024. While he arrived in the Jacksonville-based promotion last week, his stablemates, Shelton Benjamin and MVP, joined Tony Khan’s promotion on the fifth-anniversary edition of the company’s flagship show and Dynamite: Grand Slam, respectively.
Swerve Strickland and Bobby Lashley react to their confrontation on Dynamite
The physical altercation between The New Flavor and Bobby Lashley at Fright Night Dynamite created a big wave in pro wrestling.
The stars themselves shared their reactions to their confrontation. Firstly, The King of Swerve took to his X (Twitter) account and shared a picture of his face-off with Lashley.
He captioned the post, “Okay… where do we begin?”
Later, Bobby Lashley went online to share the same photo on his official Instagram account.
The former WWE Champion’s caption read, “Back in BUSINESS! #BobbyLashley #TheHurtSyndicate #AEW #AEWDynamite.’
It seems like AEW is building a feud between the two stars. Tony Khan could take the rivalry up a notch in the upcoming weeks and might even book a singles match between them for the upcoming Full Gear pay-per-view.
