Most Raid Points in Pro Kabaddi 2014
U Mumbaâs captain, Anup Kumar, was the true star of the inaugural season, finishing at the top with a remarkable 155 raid points from 16 games. Known for his signature toe-touch and âBonus Ka Badshahâ, Anup led his team to the final but ultimately finished as the runner-up. Close behind was the âShowmanâ Rahul Chaudhari, who amassed 151 raid points in 14 games for Telugu Titans, earning him a well-deserved second spot.
The man who propelled Jaipur Pink Panthers to their first title, Maninder Singh, was a key player in his teamâs success, finishing third with 130 raid points from 16 matches. Ajay Thakur, who played a crucial role for Bengaluru Bulls, secured the fourth spot with 122 raid points in 15 games. Dabang Delhi KCâs duo of Kashiling Adake and Surjeet Narwal found themselves tied for fifth with 113 raid points each.
Ravi Dalal, with 111 raid points, came in at seventh, while Jasvir Singh, famous for his iconic Scorpion Kicks, finished eighth with 106 raid points. Wazir Singh and Nitin Madane rounded off the top 10, each securing 104 and 101 raid points, respectively.
Most Tackle Points in Pro Kabaddi 2014
When it came to defense, veteran Manjeet Chhillar was the standout performer. Playing for Bengaluru Bulls, he finished as the top defender with 51 tackle points, sharing the position with U Mumbaâs indomitable Surender Nada. Surender Nadaâs rock-solid defense was one of the key reasons U Mumba made it all the way to the final.
At third was another Bengaluru Bulls defender, Dharmaraj Cheralathan, who racked up 39 tackle points. The joint fourth spot was claimed by Jasmer Singh and Rohit Rana, both with 38 tackle points.
Mohit Chhillar, one of the finest defenders in PKL, took the sixth spot with 35 tackle points, while Prashant Chavan followed closely behind at seventh with 32. Dabang Delhi KCâs Ravinder Pahal and Amit Singh finished tied for eighth with 29 tackle points each. Nilesh Shinde wrapped up the top 10 with 28 tackle points.
