Arsenal have submitted an appeal to have Myles Lewis-Skellyâs controversial red card overturned.
The defender was sent off during his sideâs 1-0 win against Wolves on Saturday.
Lewis-Skelly was dismissed for catching Wolvesâ Matt Doherty above the ankle with a late tackle to break up a counter-attack just outside the Wolves box in the 43rd minute.
The decision by referee Michael Oliver was upheld by video assistant referee (VAR) Darren England.
Lewis-Skelly is set to miss Arsenalâs next three games â a Premier League home match against Manchester City on Sunday, next weekâs Carabao Cup semi-final second leg at Newcastle and a league match against Leicester on 15 February.
The Football Association has been approached for comment.

After the match, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta told BBC Match of the Day that he thought the referee had made the wrong decision, saying it was âso obvious that today you donât need my wordsâ, before later telling Sky Sports that he was âabsolutely fumingâ.
The decision was also criticised by former officials and pundits.
Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes was sent off later in the match after receiving a second yellow card, before Arsenal defender Riccardo Calafiori scored the only goal.
Refereesâ body the PGMOL says police are investigating âthreats and abuseâ directed at referee Oliver following the game at Molineux.
