Fans have expressed skepticism after popular FaZe Clan streamers Rani “FaZe Stable Ronaldo,” Nick “FaZe Lacy,” and Jason “FaZe Jasontheween” accidentally revealed their supposed Twitch income. For those not in the know, Stable Ronaldo went viral on September 30, 2024, after he revealed that he earned upwards of $1.2 million, thanks to his month-long subathon in September.
On October 1, 2024, prominent esports personality Jake Lucky shared pictures of FaZe Clan members displaying the revenue they earned on the Amazon-owned livestreaming platform.
Here are the streamers’ earnings according to the three images:
- Stable Ronaldo – $1,231,698.46 with 63,735 Twitch subscriptions.
- FaZe Lacy – $1,142,286.74 with 46,269 Twitch subscriptions.
- FaZe Jasontheween – $500,654.99 with 103,299 Twitch subscriptions.
Numerous community members have shared their thoughts on the development, with some netizens believing that the amount of money revealed by the content creators was “not real.” X user @repstwt speculated that the FaZe Clan members allegedly used the browser’s “inspect element” to fabricate their Twitch revenue:
“For anyone who thinks this is true, they used ‘inspect element’ to modify it and make it look real. These are not real numbers, but it definitely isn’t too far apart,” the user commented.
X user @KevinReyesPlus wondered how Stable Ronaldo and FaZe Lacy earned over $1 million in September:
“How do Ron and Lacy have over $ 1 million, when September only has 30 days, and they never got over $30K in a single day? ($30K a day would make it only $900K in a single month),” said the X user.
Meanwhile, some netizens questioned why FaZe Jasontheween made less money despite having substantially more Twitch subscribers than the other two FaZe Clan streamers:
“How Jason so much less with so many more subs?,” remarked X user @CenturyOG.
“Damn, Jason must be running no ads or something,” wrote X user @Kroza06.
“How is Jason’s half of Lacy and Ron but he has the most subs/probably runs (the) same ads,” said X user @HunterWhiz.
This is not the first time FaZe Clan member FaZe Lacy has “revealed” his Twitch income on a livestream
On July 15, 2024, FaZe Lacy garnered attention on social media after a 29-second clip surfaced. In it, the content creator appeared to leak his Twitch revenue, revealing that he earned more than $58,000 between July 8 and July 14, 2024.
As expected, the video went viral on social media platforms like X and Reddit, with some netizens speculating that the FaZe Clan member was earning $240,000 per month.
