The Indiana Fever are looking to get their first win of the WNBA season as they host the Connecticut Sun at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Fever faced the Sun in their season opener at the Mohegan Sun Arena last week. Connecticut dominated the game in the second half to take a 92-71 win.
Caitlin Clark had 20 points and 10 turnovers on her debut, so she’s likely looking to have a better performance. Dijonai Carrington did a fantastic job holding Clark on offense in the early parts of the game, while the entire team largely focused on slowing the rookie down.
The Sun’s offense will rely on DeWanna Bonner and Alyssa Thomas, while Indiana will need more from Aliyah Boston. She’s having a tough start to the season and only had four points in the loss to Connecticut.
